- Obtain clearance from your physician before starting the program

- Follow your doctor's advice and continue prescribed medical treatments

- Seek medical attention if you experience any adverse symptoms
5.3 Compliance and Adherence
- Follow the personalized nutrition plan to the best of your ability

- Attend scheduled consultations and check-ins

7. Fees, Payment, and Billing

7.5 No Refunds Policy
IMPORTANT - Please Read Carefully: Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Change of mind or lack of motivation
- Non-compliance or failure to follow the program
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Medical reasons or health changes
- Personal circumstances (relocation, financial hardship, etc.)
- Technical issues on your end (internet access, device problems)
- Conflicting schedules or inability to attend consultations
Exception: Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- If we fail to commence services within 7 days of the scheduled start date due to our fault
- If we unilaterally discontinue the program without cause
- If there is a fundamental breach of contract on our part
Even in these exceptional cases, refunds will be:
- Prorated based on services already delivered
- Processed within 30–45 business days
- Subject to deduction of payment gateway charges
Medical Emergencies or Inability to Continue:
- We may offer program pause, postponement, or credit toward future services (at our discretion)
- No monetary refund will be provided

- Delays in providing required health information may postpone the start date
8.3 Appointment Scheduling
- Booking: Consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement, considering time zones
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice
- Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice:
- First occurrence: Warning and opportunity to reschedule
- Repeated occurrences: Session may be forfeited without refund or makeup
- Our Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide advance notice and reschedule at your convenience
8.4 Program Pause or Extension
- Pause Requests: In case of medical emergencies, hospitalizations, or extenuating circumstances, you may request to pause the program
- Approval: Pause requests are subject to approval and must be supported by documentation

12. Limitation of Liability

- Uninterrupted or error-free service

- Delays in seeking medical care due to participation in our program

12.3 Limitation of Damages

Maximum Liability Cap:

13. Indemnification

15. Termination of Services
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your enrollment in the program by providing written notice to us at [email protected]. However:
No Refunds: As per our No Refunds Policy, no monetary refund will be provided
Immediate Effect: Termination takes effect upon receipt of your notice
Access Revoked: You will lose access to ongoing support, consultations, and materials
Outstanding Fees: Any unpaid fees remain due and payable
15.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate your access to services, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms: Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay fees or installments as agreed
- Misconduct: Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our staff
- False Information: Providing materially false or misleading information

15.3 Effects of Termination

- Power outages or utility disruptions

16.2 Notification and Mitigation
The affected party must notify the other party promptly upon becoming aware of a force majeure event.
The affected party will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as possible.
During force majeure events, we may offer alternative service delivery methods (e.g., postponed consultations, extended program duration).
16.3 Prolonged Force Majeure
If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days:
– Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice
– You will be entitled to a prorated refund for services not delivered (calculated based on completed vs. remaining program duration)
– No additional compensation or damages will be owed by either party
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthyMine.in regarding the use of our services. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
17.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or prominent website notice. Your continued use of services after amendments constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with changes, you must discontinue use of services.
17.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:
